is a video artist, curator and co-founder of the Arab Image Foundation, Beirut. Author of more than 30 videos, and video installations, Zaatari has been exploring issues pertinent to Lebanese postwar condition, as in All is Well on the Border (1997) and the circulation and production of images in the context of a geographical division of the Middle East, as in This Day (2003) and In This House (2005). His ongoing research was the basis for a series of exhibitions and publications such as Hashem El Madani: Studio Practices (2004) and Mapping Sitting (2005).

is an architect and professor at the Académie Libanaise des Beaux arts (ALBA), Beirut. He contributes to Al Mulhaq (Annahar's cultural supplement) and other European art magazines.

is a project established by Walid Raad in 1999 to research and document the contemporary history of Lebanon. One of its aims is to locate, preserve, study and produce audio, visual, literary and other artefacts that shed light on the contemporary history of Lebanon. All the research work is organized in the Atlas Group Archive. The project’s public forms include mixed-media installations, single channel screenings, visual and literary essays, and lectures/performances.
